Tripod MENA, one of the leading retail fit-out companies in the MENA region, has offices in the UAE, Saudi Arabia, and the UK. Problem Statement

Tripod MENA needed a centralized solution to manage their multiple global locations, especially as they had projects across various countries. A primary challenge was the dynamic costing for their projects and estimations. They also required a solution that could book timesheets and various other costs to the projects, subsequently reflecting on payrolls with calculations of overtime and additional perks.

What Tripod MENA needed in an ERP Software?

Core Modules:

The company needed an ERP solution that caters to their inbound and outbound operations seamlessly and effectively and that all the data is stored in one place to have that clarity before proceeding with any big tasks. 

Projects module:

Since the company is into fit outs, luxury interiors and designing etc they needed a sole customised Projects module to handle their large scale construction projects seamlessly by giving out clear cut project estimations be it with costings, man power, raw material required and much more.  

HR module:

The company holds more than 200 employees and hence needed a solution to track their employees activity, attendance, drive productivity and most importantly setup of salary structures.
