We now move towards designing the structure of the system as per our client requirements. You can say this is a blueprint designing phase for a particular project

Customization:
After designing we now move to customization phase where we customize the entire ERPNext system on basis of client requirement which mainly depends upon shortcuts, feasibility, workflows etc.

Reports:
We want our clients to have a clear picture of their enterprise operations through ERPNext, for that to happen we customise standard and create additional easy to understand reports.

Testing/UAT
We then start testing and provide initial access to our clients to get a hands-on experience and get confirmation whether all customizations have been delivered. particular project

Training:
We now begin with our training program where we effectively train our client employees on how to operate on ERPNext based on their designations. We provide trainings as per agreed training hours at the start of the project.

Signing off
During signing off the project we have one final inspection as to how things are working and get feedback from our clients

Going live
Finally we make the client site live and clients begin operating their business on ERPNext seamlessly and effectively. We provide extensive support regarding any confusions or further customizations our client may require in future
